Refund and returns policy

This policy explains returns and refunds for orders placed through Morvianu.

Cancelling before dispatch

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting customer support. If the order has already been dispatched, the withdrawal and returns process applies.

14-day withdrawal

For distance purchases, consumers may withdraw within 14 days after receiving the goods. The product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the withdrawal notice. We may wait until the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided. Direct return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
